a week has passed since returning from Ex Lancer. too fast, actually. would love to have more off-in-lieu like this. hahaha...

one and a half years today. went to kuishin-bo for lunch. bought C&K shoes and topshop skirt. bad at surprising but what's new? hahaha...

learn to expect from God. not Man. Man fails. God NEVER fails.
but is it too much to expect? still learning... need a good lesson. what to expect? nothing? Holy Spirit, teach me...

looking back at lancer i cannot help but be filled with praise and worship for You Daddy. my walk with You has been rocky... but guess what? You're the everlasting Rock... my pillar of support... my strength in times of need. Your grace and mercy has brought me back from lancer in one piece, without sickness or disease. thank You for Your great protection over my life... purchased for me on the Cross by Jesus Christ my Saviour, my Lord and my King. thank You Abba Father that because of what Christ has done for me i may stand boldly before You and call You my Father. Thank You Jesus. Thank You Daddy.

BACK FROM LANCER!!! finally. heh.

it's been a tough time in brunei with close to zero admin time during training and admin work coming in tsunami waves. didn't really get to call you much cos i've been busy doing my job and making sure things go right. i'm really sorry to put you thru so much emotional stress... but i'm sure our Daddy in Heaven took good care of you...

so funny to hear rumours going around. i wonder out of curiosity where that came from. heh.

really thank You Lord for so much grace, favour and mercy. from day 1 things didn't go right and accountability for the stores was greatly compromised but Your grace, Lord, pulled me right out of that deepening and never-ending hole. thank You Lord for such a great CQ. thank You so much Daddy...

now for the training side... perdayan and chindit were ok. climbing the "legendary" seven knolls wasn't as bad as it was made out to be. jcc was an unforgettable adventure. there was some misunderstanding about nomad... didn't know i had to reach the end point for the 3 CP and 1 LP to count. anyway by God's grace i reached the end point half an hour before endex. chill hermit was quite fun talking about food with my buddy. chillbone was horrible. kept missing the ridgeline paths and took a super long time down mt biang. thank God it's all over. the hunger was there but the Holy Spirit reminded me that Man does not live on food alone but also on the Word of God!!! Hallelujah!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

heh. just came back from dinner with dad. the food court nearby my house got a makeover! looks better now although they removed the aircon. just realised i haven't been exploring my neighbourhood. so many changes... lol.

today was fun. had lunch at pastamania with dearie then watched "Meet the Fockers" at PS. really funny film. realised i haven't been watching films with her for a loooooooooooong time! haha... so this was especially enjoyable. i wanna watch kung fu hustle! lol. i think when i return from lancer it'll have stopped running in cinemas.

gonna depart for lancer tonight. flight is at 0230h on SQ 8992. FINALLY! on SQ flight. the starlight flight was bleah. coming back on 23 jan on SQ 8991. some weird hour again... think it's touching down at 5+. this year of favour and grace will pull me thru the first event of the year - JCC!! Lord i thank You for Your favour and grace upon my life!!! and bless those around me too!!!
